Haley works in the field of Fashion & Design. She is artistic, creative, and loves working as a designer. But this means long hours sitting in front of a computer, which has put a great deal of stress on her back, neck, wrists, and so on. When the pain got to the point where she felt medication was the only choice, she discovered Pilates and decided to give it a try… Not only she started feeling better physically but Pilates also offered something that she did not expect… She felt mentally and emotionally better too… And her love and passion for Pilates began.
She believes that Pilates has brought her balance of body and mind, so this experience inspired her to become a certified Pilates instructor to share her story and healing process with others. Haley is a NAUI certified scuba diver.
